Bentrup regulators

TC 44

  • The highly simplified operation makes the TC44 convenient.

TC 88 / TC 88e

  • 5 profiles are saved as programmes.
  • Dot matrix display shows segment type. Available model option 20 programmes 15 segments each.

TC 405 or TC 405/30?

Which model is the most suitable for you depends mainly upon the required firing curve. The firing curve of the TC405 (and of course TC605) includes a programme delay, two adjustable heating ramps and dwells and a controlled cooling.

The TC405/30 provides more: Up to 30 (!) ramps each followed by a dwell can be sequenced for any shape of firing curve. Multiple heat-up, dwell and cooling are no problem at all.

Additional functions for the professionals: very slow ramps (down to 0.2ºC per hour), automatic control e.g. of cooling dampers (EVENT), direct manual control of the programme, up to 84 programmes and many more. Therefore the TC405/30 has became the standard for complex applications in laboratories, glass processing, etc.

TC 505

  • All values of the firing curve can be changed easily and simpler.
  • Range of values covers all applications for the ceramic.
  • 30 firing curves can be saved as programmes.
  • All values of interest can be displayed without interrupting the firing process.
  • Optional multizone operation, all values and channels are shown automatically.
  • Highest comfort in operation and entering values.

TC 507

  • As TC 505, but enabling full flexibility of the firing curve shape.
  • Up to 99 segments can be entered as you like enabling multiple heat up / dwell / cooling processes.
  • Ramps can be entered as °C/h or time simultanously.
  • Manual process control feature, multiple events etc.
  • Up to 99 firing curves can be saved as programmes.
  • The TC 507 succeeds the TC 405/30 and therefore is destined to be the standard in thermal glass processing.

TC 700 serie

Introducing the new TC700 series from Bentrup combining a new concept of fully intuitive user interface with the latest technology available. The high resolution display provides operators with process state in one view.
Features include a status line displaying output states, USB-Operation, www connection, etc. Up to 99 programmes are available with options to assign user defined names.
TC700 controllers log all process data continuously with a Real-Time-Clock-Stamp in CSV-Format. Enjoy adjusting values: see them change by circling your finger over the virtual dial.
Integrated 3 zone option pushes kilns to 3 zones with minimal efforts, 6 controls zones on board. PM3 module for actual power measurement & acquisition for up to 3 zones including logging and Email alerts on defined deviations.

TC705: Ceramic type profile: 4 segments firing curve entirely shown on the display including set points making operation as easy as possible and actually input errors impossible at the most extend of this expression.

TC707: additionally fully flexible program profile, real time launching programmes (ie. kiln on temperature for early shift at 5:30), default data link (Bluetooth)

Pyrometer

PyrometerDe digital pyrometers are available in two models.

TM 950

  • A very compact appliance with a clear display, for measuring up to 1200ºC.
  • The gauge works on a 9V battery and indicates when the battery is almost flat.
  • Supplied with type K thermocouple and approximately 1.2 metres of cable.

TM 100

  • A larger model, intended for measurements of up to 1400ºC.
  • The gauge works on a 9V battery and indicates when the battery is almost flat.
  • Illuminated display with extra large figures.
  • Supplied with an 18 cm, type S thermocouple and approximately 1.2 metres of cable.
